Проблема

МФУ HP LaserJet подключено к ПК через порт USB. При работе с устройством в течении дня (печать, сканирование) непредвиденно во время печати принтер переходит в статус "Обработка" и не реагирует ни на какие действия, кроме перезагрузки ПК.

Диагностика

  • Проверить вывод dmesg на предмет наличия сообщений о событиях постоянного переподключения устройства USB disconnect.

  • Проверить, превышает ли значение device number для МФУ в dmesg количество подключенных устройств или стандартное значение 10.

Возможная причина: Неисправный кабель . Перейти к решению.
