Не удается установить обновление: возникают ошибки.

Диагностика

  • Проверить вывод команды dokg -l на предмет наличия пакетов:

Возможная причина: Kaspersky препятствует установке обновления. Перейти к решению.

  • Файл /var/log/astra_update_дата.log содержит сообщение вида:
    Setting up exim4-config (4.96-15+deb12u5.astra4) ...
pdpl-file: /var/lib/exim4: Permission denied

Возможная причина: Высокая целостность каталогов exim4. Перейти к решению.

  • Убедиться, что при обновлении возникает сообщение вида:
    /dev/disk/by-id/scsi-0QEMU_QEMU_HARDDISK_819eba13-ebd4-46b1-8 does not exist, so cannot grub-install to it!

Возможная причина: Изменилась ссылка на блочное устройство в виртуальной среде. Перейти к решению.

  • В файле журнала /var/log/astra-update присутствуют ошибки вида:
    При обработке следующих пакетов произошли ошибки:
 /tmp/apt-dpkg-install-o5ff1Z/08-libip4tc2_1.8.5-3~bpo10+1+b1_amd64.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Возможная причина: На файлах установлены атрибуты. Перейти к решению.

  • В процессе обновления ОС проверить на предмет отображения ошибок вида: 
    проблемы зависимостей — оставляем не настроенным
При обработке следующих пакетов произошли ошибки:
auditd
parsec-aud
parsec-tools
afick
parsec
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
  • В файле /var/log/syslog проверить наличие сообщений вида: 
    systemd[1]: auditd.service: Control process exited, code=exited, status=6/NOTCONFIGURED

Возможная причина: Некорректно сконфигурирован /etc/audit/auditd.conf. Перейти к решению.

  • При попытке обновления проверить на наличие ошибок вида:
    Job for parsecfs.mount failed

  • Проверить вывод команды:

    sudo systemctl status parsecfs.mount

    на наличие сообщений вида:

    Failed unmounting PARSEC File System
  • С помощью утилиты dpkg проверить наличие связанных с parsec пакетов в статусе отличном от ii:
    dpkg -l | grep parsec

  • Проверить, что при запуске обновления процесс обрывается моментально и без ошибок.

  • Проверить, что команда pdp-id возвращает строку вида:

    Уровень конф.=0(Несекретно), Уровень целостности:0(Низкий), Категории=0x0(Нет)

  • Проверить наличие сообщений вида:

    W: Загрузка выполняется от лица суперпользователя без ограничений песочницы, так как файл "/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/dl.astralinux.ru_astra_stable_1.7%5fx86-64_repository-main_dists_1.7%5fx86-64_InRelease" недоступен для пользователя "_apt". - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Отказано в доступе)

    или:

    W: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file '/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/dl.astralinux.ru_astra_stable_1.7%5fx86-64_repository-main_dists_1.7%5fx86-64_InRelease' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)
